Magnesia EXTRA – Conducted study

Study: The Effect of Consuming Mineral Water from the Natural Healing Source Magnesia Extra on Stress Perception and Concentration — A 14-Day Drinking Cure
The study was conducted from September to December 2017 at the Institute of Health Protection and Promotion, Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno.
Participants included young students, working adults in their productive years, and retirees. In total, 106 participants aged 18–78 years, all experiencing psychological stress, took part in the study.
For 14 days, participants consumed one 0.7-liter bottle of Magnesia Extra daily.
The study results demonstrated that the effects of Magnesia Extra on the presence and perception of stress, as well as on concentration and attention, were positive and statistically significant for both women and men. Therefore, Magnesia Extra represents an effective natural protector of the body against stress.
